Project objective
Task
Conduct research and simplify the user journey when working with the service
At the interface level, delegate most of the work to AIST Service managers and reduce the burden on customers and carriers
Solution
Conduct research, analyze the results , and create hi-fi prototypes
Research: competitor analysis, target audience analysis, user personas, and an as-is service map. Based on the findings, gaps were identified and a new service structure was developed

Study
We studied the target audience and competitors. To better immerse ourselves in the process and identify strengths and weaknesses, we fully recreated the structure of the current service, including all functionality and taking into account different user roles
This allowed us to identify many minor product flaws that, together, worsened the overall user experience of the service

Various statistical data was studied, which helped us understand which screen resolutions and website versions to focus on

Truck owner. Handles freight transportation personally. Finds orders offline — word of mouth, the main channel, and group chats. Aware of websites where grain transportation orders are posted. Port Transit (a classifieds platform for freight orders)

Difficulties
The role separation was strict, and it was necessary to ensure that some personas had access only to a minimal, functionally limited interface
To avoid confusion and simplify development, we decided to limit the pool of selectable roles during registration and login. Special roles are logged in automatically via an SMS service
