The time required to complete design tasks depends on their complexity. Simple tasks like banner creation or minor updates can be completed within 1-2 business days. More complex projects, such as comprehensive presentation design or extensive marketing materials, may take 3-5 business days or more. We always discuss deadlines in advance and strive to meet your timeframes.

To start working on design tasks, we need your brand guidelines (if available), specific requirements for the design, target audience information, and any content that should be included (text, images, logos, etc.). The more detailed information you provide, the more accurately we can meet your expectations.

We typically include up to 3 rounds of revisions in our design process. This allows us to refine the design based on your feedback until it meets your requirements. If additional revisions are needed, we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

We provide design files in formats suitable for their intended use. For print materials, you'll receive high-resolution PDF files. For web use, we provide optimized JPG, PNG, or SVG files. We can also provide source files (PSD, AI, Figma) upon request, allowing you to make minor adjustments or updates in the future.

While we don't provide printing services directly, we can prepare all necessary files for printing and recommend reliable printing partners. We ensure that all design files meet the technical requirements for high-quality printing.

Payment for design support services is typically structured as a monthly retainer or on a project basis. For ongoing support, we offer monthly packages with a set number of design hours. For one-time projects, we provide a quote based on the scope of work. We can discuss the payment structure that works best for your needs.

Yes, we provide detailed reports on all completed design work, including the time spent on each task, the number of revisions made, and the final deliverables. These reports can be provided monthly or upon request.
